Important Note on Eligibility (Read Carefully)

Infosys maintains very specific criteria for this drive to ensure they find the right fit for their business operations:

Excluded Degrees: Candidates with B.E / B.Tech or any Postgraduate degree (MBA, MTech, MSc, etc.) are strictly NOT allowed for this current hiring.
Experience Limit: This drive is for pure freshers. Candidates with 6+ months of work experience will not be considered.
Education Gap: Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education without overlapping work experience and graduation years.
Apprenticeship: Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship in any organization (with a NAT Enroll ID) are not eligible.
Results: All semester results must be declared; candidates awaiting results or having supplementary exams are not eligible.

Role & Responsibilities: Process Trainee

As a Process Trainee at Infosys BPM, you will work in the Data (Non-Voice) or combined process environment. Your core impact areas include:

Data Management: Managing and analyzing data for sectors such as Banking, Health Insurance, Mortgage, and Supply Chain.
Process Knowledge: Quickly and efficiently assimilating process-specific knowledge to ensure high-quality delivery.
Analytical Skills: Utilizing effective probing and analyzing skills to handle multi-tasking operations.
Shift Flexibility: Candidates must be flexible to work in a 24*7 environment, which includes mandatory night shifts.
Attendance: The role is 100% office-based (5 days a week) at the Pune campus.

Selection Process & Interview Information

The drive will follow a structured two-round selection process on the same day:

Round 1: Aptitude Assessment (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM). Testing your logical reasoning, numerical ability, and English proficiency.
Round 2: HR & Ops Screening (01:00 PM to 04:00 PM). A face-to-face interview focusing on communication skills, behavioral traits, and process understanding.

Crucial Note: Entry will not be allowed post 11:30 AM. Please ensure you reach the venue early.
