What is the Role of a Proctor?

As a Process Associate Trainee (Proctor) at Examity, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to test-takers. Your primary goal is to set up and facilitate online testing sessions to ensure the integrity and support of the entire examination process. You will act as the digital guardian of the test, ensuring all rules are followed while assisting students with technical hurdles.

Key Responsibilities:

Exam Supervision: Virtually proctor exams including "Start-Up," submission, and log-out phases according to specific client rules.
Technical Support: Act as a liaison between operations staff and test-takers to resolve internet connectivity or audio/video issues.
Integrity Maintenance: Supervise examinations for the entire duration and document all activities in the company database.
Incident Reporting: Log active interventions and supervise investigations into any alleged breaches of disciplinary regulations.
Customer Service: Provide excellent support to clients and students using business-provided chat and email tools.
