Role & Responsibilities

As an Executive or Senior Executive in the Domestic Voice Process, you will be the face of the company for regional clients. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction: Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Communication Excellence: Using strong verbal and written English, along with regional languages, to provide clear solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and providing appropriate alternatives or solutions.
