As a Citizen Service Executive at the Passport Seva Kendra, your primary mission is to facilitate smooth passport application processing for citizens. Your daily tasks will include:

Data Processing: Managing accurate data entry and processing of applicant information into the national database.
Document Verification: Verifying the authenticity of documents submitted by citizens for passport services.
Customer Handling: Assisting applicants at various counters with a professional and helpful attitude.
Operational Excellence: Ensuring all tasks are completed within the stipulated timelines provided by the Ministry of External Affairs.
Technical Support: Using TCS-provided software and tools to track application statuses and log queries.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background:

Eligible Degrees: BA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, B.Sc, and BCA.
Course Type: Only Full-time courses will be considered. Candidates from distance or part-time education are not eligible.
Technical Background Policy: This is a Non-Technical requirement. Candidates with technical degrees like B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech, and MCA are NOT eligible to apply.
Gap Policy: There should not be more than 2 years of total gap during education or employment.

Professional Experience:

Mandatory: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Processing or Data Entry is required.
