Training Structure and Career Progression

One of the best features of joining LTTS as a GET is the highly structured training period designed to bridge the gap between campus and corporate life.

Phase 1: Classroom Training & Internship (First 3 Months)

  • During this period, you will be in a classroom setting learning industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • You will receive a monthly stipend of ₹25,000.
  • Focus areas include technical fundamentals, software proficiency, and professional soft skills.

Phase 2: On-the-Job Training (Next 12 Months)

  • You will be designated as an Associate Engineer.

Post Training:
