Role & Responsibilities: Process Trainee

As a Process Trainee/Executive in the Data (Non-Voice) division, you will be responsible for managing high-accuracy backend operations. Your core impact areas include:

Data Management: Handling and analyzing large sets of data for sectors like Mortgage, Health Insurance, Supply Chain & Fundamentals (S&F), and Banking.
Analysis & Probing: Using effective analyzing and probing skills to assimilate process knowledge and ensure high-quality output.
Multi-tasking: Capable of performing data entry and voice-based tasks as per process requirements.
Productivity: Maintaining high levels of initiative and self-motivation to meet organizational KPIs.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

Infosys has specified very clear criteria for this drive. Please review these carefully before attending:

1. Educational Background:

Degrees: Only BCom, BBA, BSc with Chemistry, and BPharmacy graduates are eligible for this specific interview.
Batch: Candidates must have graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025. All semester results should be declared and available.
Full-time Education: Candidate must have completed 15 years of full-time education.

2. Mandatory Notes & Restrictions:

Postgraduates: Candidates with a Master's degree (MBA/MCom/MSc etc.) will not be considered.
Work Experience: Only pure freshers are preferred. If you have 6+ months of experience, you will not be considered.
Overlaps: Work experience and graduation years should not overlap.
Apprenticeship: Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship in any organization (with a NAT Enroll ID) are not eligible.

3. Work Model & Shifts:

Office Based: This is a 100% office-based role (5 days a week).

Shifts: Candidates must be flexible to work in a 24*7 environment, including night shifts.

Selection Process

The drive will follow a two-round structured assessment on the same day:

Round 1 - Aptitude Assessment: (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM). This involves testing logical reasoning, verbal ability, and numerical skills.
Round 2 - HR & Ops Screening: (01:00 PM to 04:00 PM). A face-to-face interview focusing on communication skills, behavioral traits, and process understanding.
