Academic Background: * Candidates from any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.) with a minimum of 50% in academics.

Note: For BCA and BSc (Computer Science/IT/Math/Physics/Chemistry/Stats/Electronics) students, a minimum of 60% in academics is required.

Academic Record: A consistent record with minimum 60% in Class X, XII, and Diploma/UG. (Rounding off from 59.9% is strictly not allowed).

Backlog Policy: Candidates with any standing arrears (active backlogs) are NOT eligible to apply.

Nationality: Open to Indian nationals and OCIs currently residing in India.

Role Profiles & Responsibilities

Shortlisted candidates will be aligned with one of the following specialized service areas:

1. Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services

First-line Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users for IT-related issues and inquiries.
Ticket Management: Log and track support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware and software problems to minimize system downtime.
Knowledge Management: Maintain knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient self-service options.

2. Analyst Trainee – Multicloud

Operations: Perform activities based on defined guidelines in SOPs and Runbooks.
Compliance: Adhere to strict customer security and compliance requirements.
Service Improvement: Contribute to Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) plans.
Collaboration: Proactively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and act as a "buddy" for newer hires.
