As an Operations Associate at Amber, you will act as the bridge between students looking for housing and property management groups. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound Sales & Bookings: Performing outbound sales activities to assist students in booking their accommodation for both short-term and long-term stays.
  • Aggregator Role: Acting as a vital link between property managers and students to ensure a seamless booking experience.
  • Lead Communication: Constantly communicating with assigned leads through WhatsApp, Email, and integrated CRM tools to move them through the sales cycle.
  • Relationship Management: Creating and maintaining excellent rapport with the assigned demographic to ensure a high solid conversion rate.
