Salary & Pay Scale Details
Selected candidates will receive salaries as per the 7th CPC (Central Pay Commission) norms along with central allowances:
- Assistant (Group B): Starts with a basic pay in Level-7, reaching up to Rs. 1,42,400.
- MTS General (Group C): Starts in Level-1 with a gross salary of approximately Rs. 31,500 per month including HRA and DA.

- MTS General: Candidates should be between 18 to 25 years.
- Assistant: The maximum age limit is 30 years.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules (5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates).

Selection Process & Exam Pattern (MTS Post)
The selection for the MTS post is highly competitive yet simple, based on a 50-marks Computer Based Test (CBT).

- Reasoning: 15 Marks – Tests logical thinking and pattern recognition.
- General Awareness: 10 Marks – Current affairs and general knowledge.
- English Language: 10 Marks – Basic grammar and vocabulary.
- Total: 50 Marks.
Note: For the Assistant post, candidates may have to undergo a written test followed by a skill test/interview.
