Detailed Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must ensure they meet the following educational and physical benchmarks before applying:

1. Educational Qualification:

General Trades: Must have passed 10th Class (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
Motor Mechanic: Requires a 2-year ITI Certificate in the relevant trade along with 10th pass.
Driver: Must possess a valid Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) Driving License.
Other Trades: Experience or proficiency in the respective trade is required.

2. Age Limit (as of recruitment date):

Constable (Driver): 21 to 27 Years.
All Other Trades: 18 to 23 Years.
Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years relaxation, and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates get 3 years relaxation.

3. Physical Standards (PST):

Height: Male candidates – 170 cm | Female candidates – 157 cm.
Chest (Male): 80 cm (Minimum expansion of 5 cm).
Relaxation: Specific height relaxations apply for ST candidates and aspirants from North-Eastern states.

Salary Structure & Perks

Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level-3 of the 7th CPC pay matrix:

Pay Scale: ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 per month.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Running and physical endurance tests.
Physical Standard Test (PST): Measurement of Height, Chest, and Weight.
Computer Based Test (CBT): An objective exam where 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer.
